Disclosure Reports

The Council maintains a public database and you can find the following information when you click on Searchable Database:

• Disclosures filed by State Officers, Employees and Citizen Members appointed to state boards,
• Lobbyist registrations and disclosures.

Local Officers and Employees

Disclosures filed by local officers and employees may be requested by contacting the clerk of the governing body or the clerk of the
school board.

Candidates

Effective July 1, 2026:
Candidates for the General Assembly, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General file the appropriate Statement of Economic Interests with the Council. From April 26, 2017 to June 30, 2026, these candidates filed with the Department of Elections.
Please refer to the Department of Elections website for further information regarding candidacy requirements.

Prior to July 1, 2026, candidates for constitutional and local offices filed the Statement of Economic Interests for candidacy with the local registrar. Please refer to the Department of Elections website for further information regarding candidacy requirements. Effective July 1, 2026, local candidates now file the appropriate Statement of Economic Interests with the Council.
