Local Officers and Employees
Disclosures filed by local officers and employees may be requested by contacting the clerk of the governing body or the clerk of the
school board.

Candidates

Effective April 26, 2017:
Candidates for the General Assembly, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General file the appropriate Statement of Economic Interests with the Department of Elections.
Please refer to the Department of Elections website for further information regarding candidacy requirements.

Candidates for constitutional and local offices file the Statement of Economic Interests for candidacy with the local registrar.
